We are seeking a Senior Manager to join the Affordable Housing Assurance practice . We are seeking someone who thrives in a growing environment an d providi ng clients with exceptional services.

What Work You Will be Responsible For:

• Prepare most difficult audits

• Workpaper review

• Review common files

• Resolve significant client issues

• Prepare billing

• Engagement management communication tracking and oversight

• Filling in engagement team gaps

• Actively involve in firm initiatives

• Prepare/review 10% contractor and owners certs DCR

• May participate in recruiting activities such as attending job fairs or participating in interviews

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Accounting or equivalent field

• 7 years of progressive audit and/or assurance experience

• Affordable housing or R eal E state D evelopment experience within Public Accounting

• CPA

Preferred/Desired Qualifications:

• Masters degree in Accounting or equivalent field

• 3 year of supervisory experience within Public Accounting
