Job Description:
Cellar Dog, a new gaming and live jazz venue is seeking an experienced Barback to work in support in of daily bar operations. The Barback will work under the direction of the General Manager, and will assist in the efficient set up and organization. The ideal candidate will be proactive, able to work in a fast-paced setting and have the ability to work in collaboration with their peers while maintaining the level of cleanliness standards set forth.
Qualified candidates should possess a minimum of 1 year of relative experience in a high volume property, knowledge of beer varieties as well as keg facilitation, strong attention to detail, must be able to work late nights and have open availability. In addition to technical skills the candidate must have an elevated level of communication to lift and interpersonal skills, and must be able to lift over 50 pounds.
