As a Budtender, you’ll be the face of Proper Wellness Center , guiding our guests through their cannabis journey with care and expertise. Your responsibilities will include:
Educating Guests – Share friendly, accurate, and helpful information about cannabis products so guests feel confident in their choices.
Sales & Compliance – Assist guests in selecting products that best fit their needs while maintaining full compliance with state regulations.
Inventory Support – Help intake, stock, organize, and track products to keep operations running smoothly.
Customer Service – Create a welcoming environment and deliver an outstanding guest experience every time.
