Job Opportunity: Commercial Loan Officer
Position Summary
We are looking for a talented and motivated Commercial Loan Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel in sourcing and developing prospects for various commercial loans, including C&I, CRE, ABL, and LOC.

Key Responsibilities

* Prospecting: Identify and develop new commercial loan opportunities.
* Loan Structuring: Effectively structure and collateralize loans.
* Portfolio Management: Maintain and expand a robust portfolio of loan and deposit business in Charlotte, NC.
* Community Engagement: Build and sustain strong community relationships and represent the bank at civic and community events.
* Time Management: Efficiently manage time and promote all bank products and services.
* Client Relationships: Foster deep client relationships unique to community banks.

Qualifications

* Experience: Proven experience in commercial loan structuring and collateralization.
* Production: Demonstrated average annual commercial loan production of $15MM.
* Local Connections: Established book of loan and deposit business in the Charlotte, NC area.
* Community Involvement: Strong community connections and involvement.
* Time Management: Excellent time management skills.
* Promotion Skills: Ability to effectively promote bank products and services.
