Our team values professionalism, compassion, and teamwork, and we are looking for an outgoing, bubbly, positive Dental Receptionist to join us part-time to help care for our growing patient base. Job Details: Position: Part-Time Dental Receptionist Schedule: Mondays: 7:45am-5pm; Tuesdays: 7:45am-5pm; Fridays: 7:45am-4:30pm Responsibilities: Answer phone calls and schedule patient appointments. Fill daily schedule as needed. Contact patients regarding recall appointments. Provide excellent patient care and ensure a comfortable experience. Maintain accurate patient records and charting. Collaborate with the dental team to maintain a clean and organized work environment. Obtain accurate patient insurance breakdowns. Qualifications: Minimum of 1 yr dental office experience preferred. Strong communication and organizational skills. A warm, friendly demeanor and a passion for patient care. Familiarity with Eaglesoft software is a plus, not required. Why Join Us?
