About The Role

As an Education Leader, you will oversee and deliver high-quality Paul Mitchell education while creating a vibrant and inspiring learning environment. You will lead, train, coach, and mentor a team of Learning Leaders, ensuring Future Professionals are well-prepared for success in the beauty industry. Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and managing weekly, monthly, and yearly education calendars
• Ensuring compliance with state rules, laws and regulations
• Overseeing clinic classroom systems, theory lessons, specialty classes, and use of Paul Mitchell tools and resources
• Collaborating with the Leadership Team to prioritize the success of the Future Professionals
  
  

Qualifications We're Looking For

• Current Cosmetology, Barbering or Aesthetician License (required)
• Proven experience as an instructor in a school
• Strong organizational, communication, and coaching skills
• A track record of professionalism, problem, solving, and leadership
• Available to work mornings, afternoons, evenings
• Familiarity with Paul Mitchell School's cultural and technical systems(preferred)
