About the Role

Reboot Staff is seeking a highly organized and motivated Entry-Level Personal Assistant to support our leadership team in Raleigh, NC. This role requires a proactive individual capable of handling administrative tasks, managing schedules, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule Management : Maintain and coordinate the executive's calendar, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
• Administrative Support : Handle emails, phone calls, and correspondence on behalf of the executive.
• Document Preparation : Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and meeting agendas.
• Errand Management : Perform personal and professional errands as needed.
• Record Keeping : Organize and maintain files, records, and documentation.
• Communication : Act as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders.

Qualifications

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
