Female Early Years Teacher - Abu Dhabi

I am currently seeking passionate and experienced Nursery Teachers to join this esteemed institution as integral members of my educational community. In this pivotal role, you will have the extraordinary opportunity to shape the futures of our young learners, guiding them through the foundational stages of their academic and personal development.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that stimulate intellectual, physical, social, and emotional growth.

- Foster creativity through engaging activities that promote critical thinking and problem-solving skills.

- Establish a safe, welcoming, and conducive classroom environment that encourages learning and exploration.

- Conduct continuous assessments to monitor each child's progress and provide constructive feedback to parents/guardians.

- Collaborate with colleagues on curriculum planning activities and professional development initiatives.

- Maintain effective communication with parents/guardians, keeping them informed about their child's achievements and areas for improvement.

- Actively participate in staff meetings, professional development sessions, and school events as required.

Requirements:

- Cache L3 or above OR Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or a relevant field (Master's degree preferred).

- Proven experience working as a Nursery Teacher or in a similar role.

- Strong knowledge of child development theories and best practices in early childhood education.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with children, parents/guardians, and colleagues.

- Patient demeanor combined with enthusiasm for teaching young children.

- Experience teaching in a nursery in the UAE is preferred.

- Ability to adapt to the working culture in the UAE.
