This role will be mostly remote for the rest of the year and then in January it will be hybrid 3 times a week on-site and 2 days remote.

Client is seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Engineer to join a collaborative and impact-driven team, working hands-on to develop and maintain software applications that drive meaningful organizational objectives. This role is ideal for engineers who thrive in coding-intensive environments and contribute to projects with potential for future commercialization.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, test, and deploy software applications with a focus on hands-on coding.
• Maintain and enhance existing platforms, including resolving tickets and bugs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into scalable solutions.
• Participate in design discussions and interdepartmental meetings to guide feature development.

Typical Day

• Understanding user and organizational requirements and translating them into technical solutions.
• Writing, testing, and reviewing code for reliability and scalability.
• Participating in team meetings and collaborating with other departments.
• Emphasis on approximately 80% new feature development / 20% platform support .

First 90 Days Contributions

• Gain a thorough understanding of current platforms and architecture.
• Begin contributing to key initiatives by developing new features.
• Take ownership of support tasks while driving forward-looking development projects.
