**Hiring Industrial Maintenance Technicians** **_If interested call ASHLYN at 843/746/5813_** Seeking an experienced **Industrial Maintenance Technician** to join our team. This role is critical to ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our manufacturing operations through preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of industrial equipment. **Key Responsibilities:** + Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production machinery and facility systems. + Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues. + Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals. + Install, repair, and maintain motors, conveyors, pumps, and other industrial equipment. + Utilize hand tools, power tools, and precision measuring instruments. + Maintain accurate maintenance records and ensure compliance with safety standards. + Collaborate with production teams to minimize downtime and improve equipment performance. **Qualifications:** + **Experience:** 3+ years in industrial maintenance within a manufacturing environment. + Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and PLC systems. + Ability to work independently and in a team setting. + Familiarity with preventive maintenance programs and root cause analysis. + Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. **Preferred Skills:** + Experience with injection molding or plastics manufacturing. + Knowledge of robotics and automation systems. + Welding and fabrication skills. **Job Type & Location** This is a Permanent position based out of Auburn, AL. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $52000.00 - $73000.00/yr.
