JOB SUMMARY:
Supervision: Performs under the general supervision of the Operations Manager or Operating Crew Lead.
May be assigned to work independently.
Primary Responsibilities:
Perform industrial cleaning and housekeeping duties across plant facilities
Operate floor cleaning equipment safely and effectively
Sweep, mop, dust, and hose down designated areas
Support outdoor cleanup efforts including trash removal, light landscaping, and seasonal tasks.
Keep walkways and entry points clear of debris, snow, and ice as needed
Organize and maintain cleaning supplies and equipment
Assist with other general labor tasks as directed, provided they do not require specialized training or certification
May operate vehicles that do not require a CDL, such as pickup trucks, utility carts, or forklifts.
