The opportunity for greatness is real at Quantum North America and throughout the Compass world. **Job Summary** **Summary:** Assists with the day-to-day upkeep, maintenance and smooth operation of the building and campus. **Essential Duties and Responsibilities:** + Install and replace insulation on pipes, ducts, tanks, and other mechanical systems using appropriate materials and methods. + Measure, cut, and fit insulation materials accurately to meet job specifications. + Secure insulation with adhesives, mechanical fasteners, or jacketing multiple material types. + Read and interpret blueprints, isometric drawings, and project specifications. + Lead, direct, and motivate insulation crews to ensure timely and accurate project completion. + Provides quality customer service by providing one-on-one attention to detail. + Monitors building security and safety by performing such tasks as locking doors after operating hours and checking electrical appliance use to ensure that hazards are not created. + Notifies managers about the need for major repairs or additions to building operating systems. + Performs other duties as assigned. **Qualifications:** + Valid Non-CDL Class C driver's license may be required. **Enhance your quality of life through our comprehensive benefits:** + Medical/Dental/Vision Insurance + 401K with Company Match + Disability Insurance + Life Insurance/AD + Associate Shopping Program + Health and Wellness Programs + Discount Marketplace & Employee shopping program + Identity Theft Protection + Pet Insurance + And More... _Associates may also be eligible for paid and/or unpaid time off benefits in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local laws.
