**Job Title: Machine Operator** **Job Description** We are seeking Machine Operators with varying levels of expertise to join our dynamic team. This position offers a competitive pay range depending on the machine, experience, and shift differentials. As a Machine Operator, you will have the opportunity to work with various machines, ranging from manual to digital press operations, and earn overtime during the holiday season. **Responsibilities** + Operate manual machines such as calendars for low skill roles. + Handle cutting, lamination, and Wire-O machines for mid-skill roles. + Operate digital press machines for high skill positions. + Ensure production goals are met and maintain quality standards. + Work mandatory overtime during the holiday season, including Saturdays starting from November 22. **Essential Skills** + Experience in machine operation. + Ability to perform data entry tasks. + Proficiency in using hand tools. + Capability to stand on feet for 8 hours. + Basic computer skills. **Additional Skills & Qualifications** + Experience with digital press operations is highly valued. + Ability to adapt to different shift timings. **Why Work Here?** Our company offers a supportive and dynamic work environment with opportunities for overtime and cash bonuses for meeting production goals. Employees are advised to dress in layers, such as a t-shirt and a hoodie, to adapt to varying temperatures. The 1st shift runs from 6:30 AM to 3 PM, the 2nd shift from 3 PM to 11 PM, and the 3rd shift from 11 PM to 7 AM. Please note that personal electronic devices are not allowed on the production floor, although drinks with lids are permitted. The facility is accessible via the 6N bus route, which works for the 1st shift and the start of the 2nd shift **Job Type & Location** This is a Contract position based out of York, PA. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $14.00 - $24.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
