Our client, a leader in the manufacturing industry, is seeking a Machine Operator to join their team. As a Machine Operator, you will be part of the production department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively, which will align successfully in the organization. **Job Title:** Machine Operator **Location:** Charlevoix, MI **Pay Range:$18.75** **Time: 6:30 am - 5:00 pm Monday-Thursday.** **What's the Job?** + Operate and monitor machinery to ensure optimal performance. + Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment. + Adhere to safety protocols and quality standards. + Collaborate with team members to meet production goals. + Document production data and report any discrepancies. **What's Needed?** + High school diploma or equivalent. + Previous experience in a manufacturing or machine operation role. + Must be able to use and read tape measure, calipers, and gauges. + Ability to read and interpret technical documents and manuals. + Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. + Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.
