Position: Machine Operator
Shift: 2nd (2:15pm-12:45am)
Pay: $19-21/hr
Location: Holland, MI
Operated shaping tools and machinery to trim, grind, and smooth fiberglass and composite parts to meet production specifications.
Read and followed blueprints, work orders, and quality standards to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Used hand tools, power tools, and measuring devices to finish and prepare parts for assembly or shipment.
Inspected completed parts for defects, ensuring compliance with company and customer requirements.
Maintained a clean and safe work environment, following PPE and safety protocols for handling fiberglass materials.
Collaborated with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals and deadlines.
Performed routine maintenance and adjustments on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
