**About the Role - Maintenance Manager** We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced **Maintenance Manager** to lead our maintenance team in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment. This role is critical to ensuring the reliability, safety, and efficiency of our production operations. You will oversee all aspects of equipment maintenance, preventative programs, and continuous improvement initiatives to support operational excellence. **Key Responsibilities** + Leadership & Team Management **:** Supervise, coach, and develop a team of maintenance technicians. + Preventive Maintenance **:** Implement and manage preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime. + Equipment Reliability **:** Ensure machinery and systems operate at peak performance through proactive monitoring. + Compliance & Safety **:** Maintain adherence to safety standards, food industry regulations, and company policies. + Budget Management **:** Oversee maintenance budgets, track expenditures, and optimize resource allocation. + Continuous Improvement **:** Drive initiatives to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance equipment performance. + Collaboration **:** Work closely with production, engineering, and quality teams to support operational goals. **Qualifications** + Education **:** Degree or diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Industrial Maintenance, or related field. + Experience **:** Minimum 5-7 years in maintenance management within manufacturing (food industry experience preferred). + Technical Skills **:** Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and automation systems. + Leadership Skills **:** Proven ability to lead diverse teams and foster a culture of accountability. + Problem-Solving **:** Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills. + Communication **:** Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across departments. **What We Offer** + Competitive salary and benefits package + Opportunities for professional growth and development + A dynamic work environment where innovation and teamwork are valued **Job Type & Location** This is a Permanent position based out of Stockton, CA. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $110000.00 - $140000.00/yr. 401K Medical Vision Dental **Workplace Type** This is a fully onsite position in Stockton,CA. **Application Deadline** This position is anticipated to close on Dec 8, 2025. **About Aerotek:** We know that finding work is hard, and finding meaningful work is harder.
