This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced claims professional to gain diversity in their career across US & Canada handling a variety of sophisticated claim issues! As a Workers’ Compensation Manager , you will be exposed to innovative issues with the opportunity to develop creative paths for claim resolution. In this capacity, you will lead TPA relationships, work to drive down costs as well as handle cases for Chewy fulfillment, pharmacy, studio, transportation, Chewy Vet Care and Customer Service centers. A successful candidate will display an ongoing commitment to learning and self-improvement; desiring and trying to thoroughly understand Chewy and acquire new knowledge or skills for work.

The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including but not limited to the candidate’s relevant experience, education, and work location. In addition, this position is eligible for 401k and a new hire and annual equity grant.

Salaried-exempt team members have unlimited PTO, subject to manager approval. Team members will receive six paid holidays per year. Team members may be eligible for paid sick and family leave in compliance with applicable state and local regulations.
Pay Range
$71,500—$124,500 USD
