Job Description
Adecco is seeking a Mailroom & Administrative Associate to manage incoming/outgoing mail, packages, and interoffice correspondence while supporting copy center, reception, and light administrative duties.
**Responsibilities:**
+ Receive, sort, and deliver mail/packages; prepare outgoing shipments (FedEx, UPS).
+ Maintain inventory of supplies, operate copiers, fax, and scanning equipment.
+ Assist with reception, conference rooms, and client hospitality.
+ Log and track mail, generate reports, and ensure accuracy of all items.
+ Perform light physical tasks, including lifting and moving materials.
**Qualifications:**
+ High school diploma or equivalent; 2-5 years' mailroom/office experience.
+ Knowledge of shipping procedures and office equipment.
+ Strong customer service, professional appearance, and ability to meet deadlines.
+ Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed.
**Pay Details:** $25.00 per hour
