Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and enthusiastic Office Assistant to join our dynamic team. As the backbone of our office operations, the Office Assistant will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency and productivity of our daily activities. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, enjoys multitasking, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to various departments, managing communication and correspondence, and assisting with the organization of office functions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner
  • Manage and maintain office files and records
  • Prepare and organize documents for meetings and presentations
  • Assist with scheduling and coordinating appointments
  • Perform data entry and maintain databases as needed
  • Order and manage office supplies and inventory

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business administration is a plus
  • Proven experience as an office assistant or in a relevant administrative role
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
