Our growing medical group is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Office Assistant who can help us maintain smooth daily operations while assisting with financial and administrative functions. Key Responsibilities: + Assist with accounts payable/receivable processing, including daily invoice management and timely reconciliations. + Support financial audits by gathering and maintaining documentation as requested. + Participate in monthly A/R reviews to identify solutions or opportunities for improvement. + Provide administrative coverage by managing essential tasks during staff absences. + Maintain filing systems and ensure patient and office records are accurate and up-to-date. + Handle communication with vendors or stakeholders regarding outstanding invoices or payment issues. + Collaborate with the finance and operational teams to complete ad hoc administrative projects as needed. Requirements + 2+ years of experience in an administrative or financial role, ideally within the healthcare industry. + Familiarity with accounts payable/receivable and financial document management. + Excellent organizational and time management skills for handling multiple priorities. + Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. + Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word); experience with healthcare-related accounting software is a plus. + Ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team and independently handle projects.
