Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Change Management Contractor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in internal communication, change management, and training development. This role requires someone who is organized, has exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, and is comfortable working across teams spread over multiple geographies and time zones.
This is a 12-18 month contract position and requires the ability work onsite, a minimum of 3 days per week. 

Change Management Contractor Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement internal communication strategies to support Workday deployment calendar
• Ensure clear and consistent messaging across all levels of the organization
• Facilitate communication between different departments to ensure alignment and collaboration

• Lead change management efforts, including planning, execution, and evaluation of change initiatives
• Utilize Prosci methodology to manage change and ensure successful adoption of new processes and systems
• Identify and address resistance to change, providing support and resources to help employees adapt

• Design and develop training curriculum to support change management strategy
• Deliver training sessions and workshops to employees throughout Waves 1-3.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes

Change Management Contractor Requirements:

• Proficiency in Microsoft 365
• Experience with designing & building training libraries
• Prosci training preferred
• Experience with executing Change Management on a global scale preferred
• Experience with Change Management for system implementation preferred

• 3+ years of experience in change management, preferably 5-10 years
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively across teams and time zones
