Job Summary: As a Home and Community-Based Services Case Coordinator, you will play a key role in managing the services provided to a caseload of clients. Your responsibilities will include ensuring quality service delivery by working closely with clients, families, and employees. You will coordinate the scheduling of client cases, ensuring the right caregiver is selected and maintaining consistent communication with clients and families regarding staffing.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in the interviewing and hiring of caregivers and support the orientation of new caregivers.
Process payroll for caregivers on a weekly basis.
Anticipate staffing needs and collaborate with the team to maintain an adequate pool of employees.
Participate in the on-call rotation to ensure continued service coverage.

Education & Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent required.

Skills & Requirements:

Scheduling and data entry experience preferred.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and activities at once.
Strong customer service skills, with a focus on communication and support.
