As a Project Manager, you will take charge of residential custom home projects from start to finish. You'll ensure that each home is built to the highest standards, on time, and within budget, all while fostering clear and proactive communication with our clients. Your role will be pivotal in making their dream home a reality.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Overseeing all phases of construction from pre-construction to completion.
  • Coordinating with architects, engineers, contractors, and subcontractors to achieve project milestones.
  • Managing and maintaining detailed project schedules and budgets to ensure timely, cost-effective delivery.
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their questions, concerns, and requests professionally.
  • Providing regular project updates to clients, including budget status, timeline progress, and any challenges.
  • Ensuring all project documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and organized.
  • Resolving conflicts or construction issues proactively to keep projects on track.

What We're Looking For

  • 5 or more years of experience in residential custom home project management.
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building regulations.
  • Exceptional organization and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to manage client relationships.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural and engineering drawings.
  • A problem-solver who thrives under pressure and makes informed decisions.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
