Routing Dispatcher – Help Drive Our Success at zTrip!

zTrip, the largest taxi operation in the U.S., is expanding, and we’re looking for a Transportation Dispatcher to join our Louisville, KY team. In this role, you’ll be essential in ensuring our passengers receive timely, efficient, and high-quality service.

Key Responsibilities of a Routing Dispatcher:

• Ensure timely passenger pickups and efficient route planning.
• Manage driver schedules and optimize routes.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve transportation issues.
• Assist drivers with navigation and route adjustments.
• Professionally handle inbound and outbound calls.
• Provide excellent customer service at all times.

Qualifications of a Routing Dispatcher:

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• At least 2 years of call center experience preferred.
• Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage time effectively and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• Experience in dispatching, scheduling, or customer service is a plus.
