Safety Manager – Electrical Subcontractor Location: Dallas-Fort Worth Area
Salary Range: $110,000–$120,000

Safety Manager to join a tightly knit team and build a safety program that fosters a culture of care, compliance, and excellence.

With 45 skilled workers and a family-first approach, they are committed to not only delivering exceptional projects but also ensuring the health and safety of every individual on our team.
What You'll Do As a
Safety Manager , you will:
- Develop and Implement a Safety Program: Create and maintain a comprehensive safety program tailored to our projects and team.
- Foster a Culture of Safety: Build trust and engagement with our crew, instilling a proactive approach to workplace safety.
- Conduct Training and Education: Lead regular safety training sessions, toolbox talks, and workshops to keep safety top of mind.
- Oversee Compliance: Ensure compliance with OSHA standards, client requirements, and local regulations.
- Inspect and Improve: Conduct regular site inspections, identify risks, and implement improvements to maintain a safe environment.
- Incident Management: Investigate incidents and near-misses, providing recommendations to prevent recurrence.
- Collaborate and Report: Work closely with project managers, supervisors, and crew members to address safety needs and provide clear reporting to leadership.
What We're Looking For We’re seeking a safety leader who embodies both warmth and professionalism with:
- Proven experience as a Safety Manager in the construction or industrial sectors, preferably electrical.
- Strong knowledge of OSHA standards and safety regulations.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills to connect with a diverse team.
- A proactive and hands-on approach to identifying and mitigating safety risks.
- Certification such as OSHA 30, CHST, or CSP.
- Bilingual ability (English and Spanish) is a strong asset and will help you better connect with our team and enhance training effectiveness.
