SAP Security Analyst for a 6 month contract, hybrid, with possibility to extend.

Location in the EP office, hybrid T-TH in the office. Right now it's an onshore opportunity.

Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SAP Security Analyst for a 6 month contract position based in our Eden Prairie, MN office, hybrid T-TH. This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining SAP security roles and authorizations across various SAP systems (SAP ECC,S/4HANA, BW, Fiori, etc.). The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SAP security best practices, compliance requirements (e.g., SOX, GDPR), and experience with SAP GRC. In addition, experience with SAP Fiori spaces and pages administration is desired. Client is currently in the midst of a global SAP S/4, greenfield implementation and this position will be heavily involved in defect resolution, as well as, role updates and security configuration when required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform defect resolution for program identified security and GRC defects.
• Design, develop, and maintain SAP security roles and authorizations in alignment with business and compliance requirements.
• Perform user administration, role provisioning and deprovisioning, and access reviews across SAP landscapes including ECC, S/4, BTP, IBP, Ariba, SuccessFactors.
• Collaborate with functional and technical teams to ensure secure and compliant SAP system configurations.
• Follow processes for risk analysis and remediation using SAP GRC Access Control working with Internal Audit teams.
• Support internal and external audits by providing documentation and evidence (IPE) related to SAP security controls.
• Monitor and respond to security incidents and access violations.

Qualifications :

Required :

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in SAP security administration.
• Strong knowledge of SAP modules (ECC, S/4HANA, BW, Fiori spaces & pages, BWZ, BTP, SuccessFactors, IBP, Ariba, etc.).
• Experience with SAP GRC Access Control (ARM, ARA, BRM, EAM).
• Understanding of SOX and other regulatory compliance requirements.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred :

• SAP Security or GRC certification.
• Experience with cloud-based SAP solutions (e.g., SAP BTP, SuccessFactors, BWZ Fiori Spaces and Pages).
• Familiarity with Identity and Access Management (IAM) tools and integrations.
