Job Title: Senior Composites Product Engineer

Job Description:
• Support production to ensure that product is running within SOP/PCD.
• Maintain control process metrics.
• Lead process safety, participate in PHAs, MHAs, MOCs, PSSR’s etc.
• Provide direction to Production Engineers and Quality Engineers.
• Assist Production Unit Managers, help with troubleshooting as necessary.
• Maintain recipe effectiveness metric, BOMs, scrap, product configuration etc.
• Minimize quality issues, continuous improvement through lean manufacturing techniques.
• Corrective action to address process/product deviations.
• Navigation of ERP Systems (currently utilizing SAP).
• Lead manufacturing excellence, process safety, OEE Improvements and Quality.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (i.e., Chemistry, Mechanical, Composites, Technical).
• 5-10 years of manufacturing experience.
• Leadership ability with good communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
Compensation:
Base Salary: $100K to 135K
Plus World-class benefits and health-care coverage
3 weeks of PTO, plus 15 company holidays.
