JOB SUMMARY
-Responsible for the full cycle recruiting and hiring process while maintaining internal compliance policies and procedures.
-Partners with Hiring Managers to fill open job requisitions in a timely and efficient manner.
-Verifies job requirements, recruiting needs and completeness of requisitions then posts in appropriate places.
-Researches, selects, and monitors use of internet job-posting sites, ensuring quality applicant flow and most effective cost.
-Complete thorough interviews with applicants and sourced candidates and refers qualified candidates to hiring managers for all assigned job requisitions.
-Seeks and develops new and revised methods for sourcing candidates.
-Negotiates and extends job offers.
-Completes compensation analysis and working with hiring manager on recommendation.
-Requires minimum 5 years progressively responsible experience in recruiting, sourcing, hiring, compensation administration and regulatory compliance gained in a dynamic, changing business environment in excess of degree requirements.
-Requires experience partnering directly with hiring managers.
-Minimum of 3 years Corporate Recruiting Experience is required.
-Excellent communication skills.
EDUCATION
Bachelor's Degree: Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Required).
or a combination of education and experience that provides equivalent knowledge to a major in such fields is required.
