With over 1.5 million connected assets worldwide, our teams use data, technology, advanced analytics, telematics, and AI capabilities to help our customers build a better, more sustainable world. **Job Summary:** This position will support Equipment Management space and will encompass VisionLink and Energy Management (Electrification). **What You Will Do:** + Participates in the end-to-end process starting with Ideation and UX Research through development hand-off for production-ready designs + Translates business requirements from Aha! / Azure DevOps into design solutions in Figma + Support existing digital applications while enhancing the user experience. + Provides and facilitates design thinking activities to support digital solutions. **What You Will Have:** **Creativity:** Knowledge of the approaches, tools, and techniques for promoting creative, original thinking and ability to apply it to a variety of business situations. **Decision Making and Critical Thinking:** Knowledge of the decision-making process and associated tools and techniques; ability to accurately analyze situations and reach productive decisions based on informed judgment. **Human-Centered Design (HCD):** Knowledge of Human-Centered Design model, principle, and concepts; ability to understand the perspective of people who experience a problem, their needs, and provide them with a solution which truly meets their needs effectively. **User Experience Design:** Knowledge of user experience design tools, techniques and approaches; ability to design applications that are valued, positively perceived and used by clients. **User Interface Design:** Knowledge of activities, practices, deliverables and considerations; ability to design effective graphic user interfaces for delivery of information to the client's desktop workstation. **Web Trends & Directions:** Knowledge of web trends; ability to utilize a variety of web information and technical tools to apply web developing trends within the organizational infrastructure. **Considerations For Top Candidates:** + Experience designing for enterprise applications specifically + Someone who is a UX 'generalist and not necessarily specialist + Someone with a lot of mobile experience and wanting to continue on mobile technology + A collaborator, someone who is not afraid to jump in and speak up while learning + Someone who has developed excellent/expert technical skills, meaning Figma, and still wants to grow in their career **What You Will Get:** Working with a Fortune 100 leader, you can build your career on a global scale and take advantage of development opportunities with emerging technologies.
