• Estimated Compensation: $43.27 - $45.85 per hour (negotiable).
• Type of Employment: Full-Time, 40 hours a week.

• Paid Time Off per Year: Up to 80 hours per year, occurring on day one.
• Sick Leave per Year: Up to 56 hours per year, occurring on day one.

Summary of Duties

The Speech-Language Pathologist Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the clinical operations and professional performance of speech-language pathologists and support staff. This role involves administrative leadership, clinical supervision, program development, and ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations and best practices in speech-language pathology.

Mandatory Qualifications

• Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders.
• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
• State licensure to practice speech-language pathology.
• Minimum of 4 years of clinical experience in speech-language pathology.
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation certified, in accordance with the American Red Cross or American Heart Association.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of speech-language pathology practices and regulations.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) and clinical documentation
• Supervise and evaluate the performance of speech-language pathologists and assistants.
• Coordinate and manage clinical speech-language pathology programs, including diagnostics, therapy, and rehabilitative services.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as professional standards.
• Provide mentorship, training, and continuing education opportunities for clinical staff.
• Conduct case reviews and provide clinical guidance on complex cases.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, educators, and therapists.
• Maintain accurate documentation and prepare administrative and clinical reports.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and performance evaluations of staff.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives and implement evidence-based practices.
• Serve as a liaison with educational institutions for student training and practicum supervision.
