We are seeking a UI/UX Designer to join our team. This role will involve collaborating with business stakeholders to deliver intuitive, user-friendly, visually appealing interfaces and conducting demos to communicate design rationale. The ideal candidate will have experience in user-centered design, interface development, prototyping, and stakeholder engagement.

The UI/UX Designer will be responsible for creating seamless, intuitive, and engaging user interfaces that align with business requirements and usability best practices. As a UI/UX Designer , you will combine technical proficiency with creative design skills to develop high-quality visual and interactive experiences. The UI/UX Designer must also be an excellent communicator, as this role requires extensive demos and presentations to business partners. In addition, the UI/UX Designer will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure design feasibility and consistency across the product ecosystem.
Key ResponsibilitiesDesign user-friendly, visually appealing interfaces that enhance overall user experience.
Translate business needs into wireframes, mockups, and prototypes.
Conduct extensive demos to business stakeholders, articulating design decisions clearly.
Collaborate with product managers, developers, and business partners to align on design expectations.
Apply user-centered design principles to create intuitive workflows and interactions.
Ensure visual consistency and adhere to established design standards.
Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
Strong proficiency in design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
Creative flair with the ability to translate concepts into compelling visual designs.
Excellent communication and presentation skills for stakeholder demos.
Understanding of responsive design, usability principles, and interaction design.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.
