• Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights.

• Familiarity with market research tools and reporting platforms for real estate trends and

• Experience in mixed-use or multifamily residential real estate.

• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across

teams and with external partners.

What Will Set You Apart

• Experience in real estate, property management oversight, or portfolio management.

• Familiarity with lease analysis, lease tracking, or related reporting processes.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across

teams and with external partners.

• Strong problem-solving mindset, with the ability to approach challenges analytically and develop

creative, practical solutions that align with business goals.

• Strategic thinker who can balance high-level oversight with operational details.

2• Self-motivated and eager to grow into a leadership role.

• Collaborative team player who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 based on experience and a comprehensive benefits package.
