Job Description
:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk to join our Tampa, FL office. This position involves inputting, updating, and maintaining accurate data across various platforms. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working independently and as part of a team, managing large volumes of information with precision and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
Enter and update data into internal databases and systems
Verify accuracy and completeness of information before entry
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive data with integrity
Perform regular data backups and generate necessary reports
Identify and correct errors in data entries
Assist with administrative tasks as required
Organize and maintain digital and paper files
Skills and Qualifications
:
High school diploma or equivalent required
Proven experience in data entry or a similar administrative role
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word
Excellent typing skills and familiarity with database systems
Strong time management and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
