Job Description
We're looking for an organized and detail-oriented Event Marketing Coordinator to help execute and manage both virtual and in-person events. In this role, you will be a key player in coordinating event logistics, managing vendor relationships, and ensuring smooth event experiences. Whether it's a webinar, a trade show, or a customer event, you'll ensure everything runs seamlessly from start to finish.
Event Logistics & Execution:
Oversee the logistics for virtual and in-person events, including webinars, trade shows, and customer events.
Keep detailed project timelines and checklists using project management tools like Monday.com.
Assist with onsite event execution and virtual event production.
Coordinate with vendors, venues, and internal teams to ensure all event requirements are met.
Program Support:
Help create and maintain event budgets and track expenses.
Manage event registration and communicate with attendees.
Ensure lead capture and data entry into marketing systems.
Support the creation and distribution of event materials and promotional content.
Organize logistics for speakers, including travel arrangements and presentation materials.
Administrative & Reporting:
Maintain an event calendar and keep program documentation up to date.
Manage event marketing inventory and supplies.
Schedule and coordinate internal event planning meetings.
Process invoices and track budgets accurately.
Create post-event recap reports and analytics summaries.
Required Skills:
2+ years of event coordination experience.
Experience with marketing automation and CRM systems.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to travel up to 30% for event execution.
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Familiarity with project management tools (Monday.com is a plus).
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with virtual event platforms and webinar technology.
Background in B2B marketing or the technology industry.
Knowledge of tools like Marketo and Salesforce.
Experience with basic budget management and vendor coordination.
Education Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred, or equivalent experience.

Salary: Expected annual salary for this role ranges from $45,000 to $52,500. Actual compensation will vary depending on experience, skills, and location.
