Java Developer -- Junior Level--W2 Only Remote Position

Location: Dallas, TX (Remote)

Duration: Long Term

0-3 Years Experience

We're searching for a skilled Java Backend Developer to craft the server-side magic behind our web applications. You'll collaborate with front-end developers and product managers to bring innovative ideas to life.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement robust and scalable back-end features using Java.
Build secure and efficient RESTful APIs to power our applications.
Work closely with designers and product managers to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, adhering to best practices.
Conduct code reviews and contribute to a collaborative development environment.
Troubleshoot and debug complex technical issues within the back-end systems.
Stay up-to-date on the latest advancements in Java and related technologies.

Qualifications:

3+ years of experience as a Java Backend Developer.
In-depth knowledge of Java syntax, data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming (OOP) principles.
Experience with popular Java web frameworks (e.g., Spring Boot, Spring MVC).
Experience with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and writing efficient database queries (SQL).
Familiarity with object-relational mapping (ORM) tools (e.g., Hibernate, JPA).
Proficiency in version control systems (Git) and familiarity with CI/CD pipelines.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Strong communication and collaboration skills.
